- Assist in developing and mentoring junior finance team members
- Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) with at least 3 years’ post-qualified experience
- Proven track record in management accounting and business partnering
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Proactive, commercially focused, and confident using modern accounting systems and Excel
