The Role

• Prepare and review monthly management accounts, providing insightful analysis and commentary
• Lead budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring financial targets and KPIs are achieved
• Partner with departmental heads to provide financial guidance and challenge where appropriate
• Drive process improvements and implement efficient reporting practices
• Support year-end statutory reporting and liaise with external auditors
• Assist in developing and mentoring junior finance team members

The Person

• Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) with at least 3 years’ post-qualified experience
• Proven track record in management accounting and business partnering
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Proactive, commercially focused, and confident using modern accounting systems and Excel
