Job summary
A dynamic software provider in Greater London seeks a Finance Assistant to support accounting functions and contribute to a growing team. The role involves monthly reconciliations, preparing VAT returns, and maintaining internal finance policies. Ideal candidates will have a university degree or relevant accounting qualification and experience with tools like Netsuite, XERO, or Quickbooks. Qualifications
- Candidate should have relevant experience in a Finance Department through university placement or permanent employment.
- Strong computer literacy with advanced Excel skills is required.
- Experience with Netsuite is preferred but not essential.
Responsibilities
- Support Finance Manager with monthly accounting reconciliations.
- Maintain the fixed asset register and reconcile bank accounts.
- Prepare draft VAT returns for review by the Finance Manager.
