A fast-growing technology business based in Reading is seeking a Financial Accountant (EU) to take full ownership of financial accounting and reporting for multiple entities. The role offers hybrid working options and requires a qualified accountant with European finance experience. Strong influencing skills and the ability to work under pressure are essential for success in this position.
Qualifications
- Qualified Accountant with ACA, ACCA or CIMA.
- Experience in European finance is required.
- Ability to manage workloads under tight deadlines.
Responsabilités
- Full ownership for financial accounting and reporting for multiple entities.
- Manage the external audits and cashflow.
- Ensure timely and compliant monthly reports.
Connaissances
Financial Accountant (EU) required to join a fantastic fast-growing Technology business based in Reading. This role offers excellent hybrid working options (2 days a week in office) and great exposure across the wider business.
- Full ownership for the financial accounting and reporting for multiple entities.
- Manage the external audits.
- Manage cashflow.
- Ensure appropriate financial controls are applied across all entities.
- Ensure monthly reporting and close processes are accurate, timely and compliant.
- Financial insight - analysis of performance within the management accounts.
- Business partnering across senior stakeholders.
- Proactively manage changes in the external environment relevant to the entities.
- Providing technical assistance to the wider team.
- Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA).
- European finance experience.
- Strong influencing skills, excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure to strict deadlines.
