Responsibilities

• Partner with project and commercial teams across multiple sites, providing accurate financial insight to help deliver projects successfully.
• Produce quarterly project appraisals, management accounts packs and variance analysis.
• Drive improvements in reporting, processes, and automation to create efficiencies across finance.
• Support budget holders with performance reviews, identifying savings and managing risks.
• Provide leadership in evolving management information and reporting.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with extensive PQE.
• Strong background in management reporting and business partnering.
• Commercially minded with excellent communication and influencing skills.
• Confident working in a hands-on, fast-paced environment.
• Advanced Excel and reporting skills.
• Construction sector experience would be an advantage, but not essential.
