Field Engineer – Heavy Civil / Infrastructure

Our client, a Massachusetts contractor committed to training and developing the next generation of leaders, is seeking a Field Engineer. You’ll be given real responsibility, strong mentorship, and clear growth paths into project management.

What you’ll work on
  • Support field execution on heavy-civil jobs in highways, bridges, marine, rail, and transit facilities—layout, quantities, submittals/RFIs, QC/QA, and day-to-day coordination that keeps crews productive and safe.
What you’ll do day-to-day
  • Assist with field engineering, layouts, and schedules.
  • Support project managers and superintendents.
  • Maintain documentation and technical reporting.
  • Help enforce safety and quality in the field.
