Our client schools are committed to excellence, ensuring all students leave their academies as confident, inspirational individuals who are prepared for the modern world. As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a vital role in maintaining high standards of learning and behaviour, ensuring lessons run smoothly in the absence of the classroom teacher.

The Role

• Deliver pre-prepared lessons across KS3 and KS4 (Years 7-11).
• Support pupils with their learning and encourage positive classroom behaviour.
• Manage classroom activities and provide feedback to teaching staff.
• Work on a flexible basis ad-hoc cover or longer block bookings.
• Opportunities for full-time (5 days per week) or part-time work.

Job Details

• Job Title: Cover Supervisor Secondary Schools
• Location: Birmingham (South Birmingham and surrounding areas)
• Start Date: ASAP
• Contract: Temporary, ongoing
• Working Pattern: Monday – Friday, flexible days available
• Pay: GBP85-110 per day (dependent on experience)
