Job Summary

As CDW UK&I continues to grow, we are looking for a Commercial Analyst to join the Partner/Procurement Performance Management (PPM) data team. This role will focus on producing high-quality reporting and analysis that supports smarter, faster business decisions across Sales, Finance, and Operations.

It’s a mix of recurring reporting (dashboards, scorecards, KPI packs) and investigative/ad-hoc analysis (auditing supplier pricing vs contracts, reclaiming overcharges, analysing rebates and aged debt). You’ll work mainly with Power BI and Excel to manipulate, build, and present data, turning complex information into actionable insight. The role partners closely with PPM leadership, with scope to grow exposure to C-suite stakeholders over time.

If you enjoy working with data, uncovering trends, and linking numbers to commercial outcomes, this is a great opportunity to grow your career in a high-growth, fast-moving environment.

What you will do
  • Delivering accurate dashboards and reports that stakeholders rely on
  • Identifying trends, risks, and opportunities in supplier and partner data
  • Helping to reduce time spent on manual reporting by automating processes
  • Supporting evidence-based decision making across the business
  • Produce and maintain stat packs, dashboards, scorecards, and regular reporting
  • Conduct commercial audits, checking supplier pricing vs contracts and recovering errors
  • Analyse supplier and partner KPIs, rebates, and aged debt
  • Support short- and medium-term forecasting and pipeline reporting
  • Work with stakeholders across Finance, Sales, and Operations to improve reporting and efficiency
  • Present insights to PPM leadership, with potential to grow visibility at senior levels
What we expect of you
  • Experience in Finance, Commercial, Data, or Sales Ops roles (ideally in tech/digital)
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to manipulate and interpret data
  • Hands-on experience with Power BI (essential) and Excel
  • Commercial awareness – ability to link data to business outcomes
  • Clear communicator, confident working with different functions and levels of seniority
  • Proactive, curious, and able to adapt to changing priorities
