Are you passionate about supporting young people with Special Educational Needs and Mental Health Needs? Would you like to support young people in overcoming challenges and building brighter futures?

This full-time, long-term Behaviour Mentor role in a specialist SEN school in Cheltenham is ideal for anyone eager to build hands-on experience working with children who have Autism, Social, Emotional and Mental Health or other complex behaviours.

As a Behaviour Mentor you will play a significant role in the classroom, supporting pupils in their learning, promoting emotional wellbeing, helping to manage behaviour, and encourage positive social relationships. This Behaviour Mentor role would be an excellent opportunity for graduates or other individuals that are looking at careers in Educational Psychology, Counselling, Therapy or Education to gain hands-on experience in a supportive student-focused environment.
