• Become a Technical Superhero : The successful candidate will be the go-to technical resource for the client’s Sales and Product Quality teams, providing expert support and ensuring customer satisfaction. They will assist the sales force with prospecting and pre-project visits, translating customer needs into clear solutions.
• Product Guru : Analyse customer specifications and propose reliable solutions. Contribute to the creation of product datasheets and catalogues, keeping the client’s product information up-to-date and informative.
• Strategic Thinker : Work closely with technical teams across France, Italy, and Germany to continuously improve and develop the client’s product range. Your insights will play a crucial role in driving customer satisfaction and market success.
• Collaboration Champion : The ideal candidate will foster strong relationships within various departments at the client’s company, including Sales Development, Product Quality, and Supply Chain. Their collaborative spirit will be key to achieving team goals and exceeding expectations.

• Solid Technical Foundation : A bachelor’s degree in engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or Electronics) is a must. Prior experience with electromechanical and / or electrical systems is a plus.
• Proven B2B Experience : 3+ years of successful experience as an Application Engineer in a B2B environment demonstrates your ability to navigate complex technical needs within a business context.
• Railway Knowledge (Bonus) : Understanding the specific applications and constraints of the railway industry will give you a significant edge.
• Driven and Proactive : You’re curious, autonomous, and possess a tenacious "can-do" attitude. Your hard work and positive approach will energize the team.
• Communication Powerhouse : Excellent communication and relationship skills are essential. You can clearly articulate complex technical concepts in both spoken and written French and English.
• Independent and Adaptable : Quick comprehension, meticulous attention to detail, and a willingness to travel regularly (50% of the time) are key to success.
