A luxury fashion brand in Paris is seeking a Client Advisor to provide exceptional client service and drive sales. The ideal candidate will inspire clients with their knowledge of fashion and luxury products, create personalized experiences, and build long-lasting relationships. Responsibilities include meeting sales targets, maintaining high standards in store operations, and actively engaging with clients to ensure satisfaction. A strong interest in fashion, excellent communication skills, and a results-driven mindset are essential for success in this role.
Qualificações
- Proven track record in delivering sales and exceeding targets.
- Experience in Clientelling.
- Strong product knowledge and understanding of retail operations.
Responsabilidades
- Meet and exceed individual and store sales and other commercial KPIs.
- Provide luxury service and demonstrate knowledge in fashion and styling.
- Build meaningful relationships with clients to promote loyalty.
