Position responsible for supporting internal and external end users in resolving issues, managing users, and issuing analyses and resolutions using company and client systems.

• Ensuring data completeness, accuracy, and provision based on queries.
• Collaborating with IT and business units on development and change requests.
• Achieving customer satisfaction through quality service and support.
• Conducting preliminary and independent investigations of IT issues.
• Implementing corrective actions to resolve potential issues.
• Reporting findings to second-level support, following up until resolution, and retrieving RCA.
• Tracking incidents not addressed to Central Support to ensure closure and identify structural resolutions.
• Monitoring EDI completeness and timelines, defining corrective actions.
• Providing education and training to local end users on IT and processes.
• Preparing business process documentation such as procedures, work instructions, and user guides.
• Collecting and summarizing business requirements.
• Managing testing processes, setting up test environments, participating in UATs, creating scenarios, and validating IT solutions.
• Managing implementation, including setting up production environments, and supporting internal and external users.
• Interfacing with IT second-level support and management for escalation.
• Communicating status updates regularly and promptly to all involved parties and IT stakeholders.
• Collaborating with operational functions to understand demands and changes.
• Communicating with internal/external suppliers and customers to resolve issues.
• Interacting with various functions to ensure customer satisfaction.

Minimum requirements: IV degree of professional qualification, advanced knowledge of English, and advanced knowledge of MS Office.
