Votre mission, si vous l'acceptez :

Une offre de stage intitulée « Contrôle des Exportations (F/H) » vient de s'ouvrir au sein de Airbus Commercial Aircraft sur son site de Blagnac.

Vous rejoindrez le département « Export Control Transformation » d’Airbus Commercial Aircraft, chargé de protéger l'entreprise des risques liés à la réglementation du commerce international, aux réglementations Export Control et aux sanctions internationales.

Votre stage consistera à acquérir une expérience pratique en soutenant activement les quatre piliers de notre département : Due Diligence, Integrity Control, Corporate Services et Competence Center.

Ce stage, d'une durée de 6 mois, débute idéalement en Janvier 2026 (cette période est indicative et pourra être ajustée).

Vos missions principales consisteront à :

• Soutenir les activités de Due Diligence, en vous concentrant sur la gestion des sanctions, le contrôle des clients (screening) et la vérification des utilisateurs finaux militaires, afin de garantir la conformité avec la réglementation internationale.
• Contribuer au contrôle de l'intégrité et à la gestion des risques, en assistant aux enquêtes et à la résolution des problèmes de conformité potentiels et des allégations.
• Aider le pilier Corporate Services en apportant votre soutien aux audits internes et externes, aux formations inter-fonctionnelles et en fournissant des conseils d'expert aux autres départements.
• Travailler avec le Competence Center sur les procédures de mise en attente et de levée des blocages (hold & release) ainsi que sur les processus d'accréditation pour maintenir l'intégrité de nos opérations d'exportation.

Votre tuteur ou tutrice vous accompagnera tout au long de votre stage, vous aidant à développer vos compétences et à atteindre vos objectifs professionnels.

Ce stage vous permettra de développer les compétences suivantes :

• Conformité réglementaire et gestion des risques : Vous acquerrez une connaissance approfondie de la réglementation en matière de contrôle des exportations, des régimes de sanctions, et apprendrez à identifier et à atténuer les risques de non-conformité.
• Compétences analytiques et d'investigation : Vous apprendrez à analyser des données complexes pour les besoins de la due diligence et à assister les enquêtes afin de garantir le respect de la politique de l'entreprise et des exigences légales.
• Collaboration inter-fonctionnelle : Vous développerez de solides compétences en communication et en travail d'équipe en interagissant avec diverses équipes au sein de l'entreprise pour répondre à différents besoins opérationnels.

Votre carte d’embarquement pour cette aventure :

Vous êtes actuellement en BAC+5 en étude Juridique, Management, Commerce International ou Supply-Chain.

Compétences techniques :

• Une formation en Droit, en Commerce International ou en Supply-Chain.
• Une connaissance des concepts du commerce international et un intérêt pour la géopolitique sont un plus.
• Une passion pour l'aéronautique est aussi un plus.

Savoir‑être (Soft Skills) :

• Esprit d'équipe, proactif, autonome.
• Solides compétences en analyse et en résolution de problèmes.
• Excellentes capacités de communication et de relations interpersonnelles.

Langues :

Your mission, if you accept it :

An internship opportunity titled : Export Control & Sanctions (F/H) has just opened at Airbus Commercial Aircraft located in Blagnac.

You will join the “Export Control Transformation” department in charge of protecting the company, its shareholders & its employees from risks associated with Export Control rules, international trade regulations & sanctions laws & regimes.

Your internship will consist in gaining hands‑on experience by actively supporting the four key streams of our department: Due Diligence, Integrity Control, Corporate Services, and Competence Center.

Ideally, this is a 6 months internship and it should start in January 2026 (date subject to flexibility).

Your main missions will consist of :

• Supporting Due Diligence activities, with a focus on sanctions management, partners screening, and military end‑user vetting to ensure compliance with international regulations.
• Contributing to Integrity Control and risk management, assisting with the investigation and resolution of potential compliance issues and allegations.
• Assisting the Corporate Services stream by supporting internal and external second level of control, cross‑functional training, and providing expert advice to other departments.
• Working with the Competence Center on hold and release procedures and accreditation processes to maintain the integrity of our export operations.

Your tutor will support you, identify your professional objectives and develop your skills.

This internship will allow you to develop the following skills:

• Regulatory Compliance & Risk Management: You will gain a deep understanding of export control regulations, sanctions regimes, and how to identify and mitigate compliance risks.
• Analytical & Investigative Skills: You’ll learn to analyze complex data for due diligence purposes and assist in investigations to ensure adherence to company policy and legal requirements.
• Cross‑Functional Collaboration: You will develop strong communication and teamwork skills by interacting with various teams across the company to support different business needs.

Your Boarding Pass for this adventure :

You are preparing a diploma level Bac+5 in Legal, Management, International Business or supply chain management (or equivalent).

Technical skills :

• A background in Law, International Business, or Supply Chain Management.
• Familiarity with international trade concepts and an interest in geopolitics is a plus.
• Interest in Aerospace is also a plus.

Soft Skills :
