Ecolab’s Pest Elimination team aims to create a cleaner, safer, and healthier world. We are seeking a forward-thinking Marketing Director for the EMEA region to lead business growth through strategic and digital innovation. This role can be based in any main Ecolab offices in France, UK, Germany, or Spain.

We seek a Talent Leader known for strategic insight, cross-functional leadership, and digital innovation. An inclusive collaborator skilled at partnering with key stakeholders to achieve shared goals.

As a confident communicator, you will collaborate with diverse European and global teams to shape strategy and lead innovation from concept to execution, driving key business initiatives aligned with our vision and mission.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Guide stakeholders on Pest Marketing strategy
2. Advance initiatives from concept through implementation
3. Promote innovation and share industry-leading practices
4. Pioneer connected solutions and digital enhancements to improve customer experience
5. Develop and implement comprehensive data strategies to boost digital engagement
6. Participate in the annual Strategic Business Planning
7. Support team growth with structured development plans
8. Mentor team members for professional growth and well-being
9. Engage in Global Marketing Team discussions, leveraging the global network’s expertise

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or equivalent experience
2. Experience in B2B marketing, including Brand, Digital, and Communications
3. Background in strategic leadership, digital product strategy, and managing multi-segment marketing initiatives
4. Fluency in English; additional European languages are advantageous
