A cutting-edge technology firm based in Paris is seeking an Operations Intern to assist in managing internal workflows and customer projects. This role involves coordinating among teams, maintaining operational documentation, and automating workflows. Ideal candidates will possess strong organizational and communication skills, be fluent in English and at least one other language, and be familiar with tools like Trello and Google Sheets. This 6-month paid internship offers a hybrid work environment and opportunities for learning and growth.

We are looking for a structured, hands-on Operations Intern to join our team in Paris. This role supports key internal workflows, coordination across teams, and the day-to-day delivery of customer projects.
You will work at the intersection of operations, product, and customer delivery , playing a client-facing role while also owning and maintaining operational and platform documentation. This position offers strong exposure to both internal tools and customer-facing processes.
Getvocal.ai – Operations intern
- Track, prioritize, and follow up on internal and external operational tasks
- Coordinate across product, engineering, and customer teams to ensure alignment and timely execution
- Support customer onboarding , project delivery, and ongoing client operations
- Act as a client-facing point of contact for operational follow-ups, status updates, and coordination
- Create, maintain, and improve process and platform documentation (internal and customer-facing)
- Build and maintain operational dashboards and performance reports
- Support the automation of workflows using tools such as Make, Activepieces, or n8n
- Contribute to continuous improvement of internal processes and tooling
- Strong organizational, communication, and follow-up skills
- Comfortable working across multiple tools and collaborating with different teams
- Fluent in English and at least one additional language (Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, etc.)
- Experience with tools such as Trello, Notion, Google Sheets , or dashboarding platforms
- Knowledge of SQL, Python , or workflow automation
- Previous exposure to SaaS operations, customer success, or process documentation
- A 6-month paid internship with direct impact on daily operations
- Hybrid work setup with a minimum of 4 days / week in our Paris office
- Close collaboration with product, engineering, and customer teams
