📜 Position - Operations intern

📍Location - Paris (1 day WFH)

🗓️Start Date - ASAP

We are looking for a structured, hands-on Operations Intern to join our team in Paris. This role supports key internal workflows, coordination across teams, and the day-to-day delivery of customer projects.

You will work at the intersection of operations, product, and customer delivery , playing a client-facing role while also owning and maintaining operational and platform documentation. This position offers strong exposure to both internal tools and customer-facing processes.

🧑🚀 What you’ll do :

• Track, prioritize, and follow up on internal and external operational tasks
• Coordinate across product, engineering, and customer teams to ensure alignment and timely execution
• Support customer onboarding , project delivery, and ongoing client operations
• Act as a client-facing point of contact for operational follow-ups, status updates, and coordination
• Create, maintain, and improve process and platform documentation (internal and customer-facing)
• Build and maintain operational dashboards and performance reports
• Support the automation of workflows using tools such as Make, Activepieces, or n8n
• Contribute to continuous improvement of internal processes and tooling

👀 What we’re looking for

• Strong organizational, communication, and follow-up skills
• Comfortable working across multiple tools and collaborating with different teams
• Fluent in English and at least one additional language (Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, etc.)
• Experience with tools such as Trello, Notion, Google Sheets , or dashboarding platforms

Bonus Skills

• Knowledge of SQL, Python , or workflow automation
• Previous exposure to SaaS operations, customer success, or process documentation
