You occupy the role of Fragrance and Beauty Client Experience & Clienteling Project Manager Assistant within the CHANEL Fragrance & Beauty Europe Marketing Department.

You contribute in the development and performance monitoring of omnichannel client experience in all distribution channels (Retail, Wholesale, E-business) within European markets (70%):

• 360° orchestration of F&B Services including Skincare Cabins

• Digital experiences in store

• Campaign, transversal and local Events client journeys

You also participate in the definition and implementation of CHANEL F&B Clienteling culture among Europe, and in the development of our Clienteling App (30%).

You work in close collaboration with European markets (Marketing, Retail and Learning teams from 14 countries
) and 10 000 points of sale), Global teams (Distribution Development, Retail Education, Merchandising…) and all Europe regional teams including Digital teams.

You report to the Europe Fragrance & Beauty Client Experience & CRM Clienteling Manager.

• You contribute to the development of client engagement and omnicanality in Europe by defining, in collaboration with all Europe 360 expertises, the most relevant client experience paths to recruit, convert and loyalize our customers.

• You contribute to the deployment of F&B Services including Skincare Cabins , Digital experiences in store, and Boutique Events in Europe. You advise and accompany markets to implement them.

• You participate in the definition of our F&B Clienteling culture among Europe by creating internal communication tools and animating the markets Clienteling community.

• You contribute to the development and evolution of CHANEL Clienteling App in close partnership with the Digital business unit, participate in the redaction of evolution briefings, and accompany markets in the implementation of the app and its features with the creation of internal communication supports.

• For all topics you are KPIs-oriented and proactive on following-up with markets and monitoring deployments

• You take the lead of Client Experience & CRM Clienteling competitive landscape assessment, to impulse continuous improvements.

• Working in a highly collaborative, dynamic, and international environment

• Federating multi expertise communities and acting as “chef d’orchestre”, navigating complexity and having the opportunity to work on new topics for the brand and clarify new ways of working

• Being a source of continuous improvements on all levers of Client Experience & Clienteling by monitoring key performance indicators

• You are proficient and rigorous over operational tasks, with good project management skills

• You have a strong client-centric and retail-centric mindset

• You are curious and have a great interest in both client experience and digital topics

• You have an analytical mind and deductive skills

• You enjoy teamwork and have good relational & communication skills

• You can work in English and French and master pack office. Knowledge of Salesforce as a plus.

• Learning and understanding the role of Regional Marketing to prepare you to evolve in global, regional or local Marketing/Client Experience/CRM/Retail teams

• A good understanding of the Europe 360 expertises to enhance your credibility and legitimacy, allowing you to evolve transversally towards other 360 positions (Digital, Learning, Media etc.)

• A good understanding of the functioning and challenges of the Europe region: complexity of the distribution, specificity of the different markets and structure of the different business models
