A healthcare service provider is seeking a Licensed Professional Counselor to support clients in New Jersey through telehealth therapy sessions. The role requires maintaining comprehensive documentation, developing treatment plans, and conducting assessments. Applicants should possess a relevant master's degree and an active New Jersey license (LCSW, LPC, or LMFT). This full-time position offers a starting salary of $115,000–$120,000 and benefits including health insurance and a 401(k) plan.

Location: Bayonne, NJ
Position: Full-Time | Salary: $115,000–$120,000/year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Support New Jersey clients through video-based therapy sessions. You’ll provide consistent care, complete documentation on schedule, and maintain treatment plans that reflect client progress.
- Provide telehealth therapy sessions
- Conduct intake assessments and document diagnostic impressions
- Develop treatment plans with clear goals
- Maintain progress notes and updates in the EMR
- Follow safety and escalation protocols
- Active New Jersey license: LCSW, LPC, or LMFT
- Master’s degree in a behavioral health field
- Therapy experience preferred
- Strong written documentation skills
- 2 weeks PTO
