“Revenue Operations Specialist”

reporting to the “Revenue Operations Manager”.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

• Tech Stack & CRM Administration
• Manage and administer tech tools to support the commercial team, ensuring system synchronization and process efficiency
• Maintain and update CRM data; clean and enrich account/contact records; merge duplicates; evaluate leads; and support user training
• Build dashboards, reports and workflows to support business needs
• Analyze large datasets and prepare them for CRM uploads
• Account & Market Research
• Conduct targeted research to support BDRs and sales, focusing on lead qualification and company association
• Monitor inbound leads, verify and enrich data, and ensure accurate CRM integration
• TDG User & Design Management
• Oversee CRM-TDG system connection, data cleaning, and reporting to ensure data integrity and usability
  

We would love to hear from YOU, if you have:

• Fluent English knowledge
• Educational background in Economics, Business, or IT
• Advanced excel skills
• Interest in Data Analytics and Reporting
• Previous experience with CRM is preferred
• Previous experience with Gong is preferred
• Previous experience with Pandadoc is preferred
• Eager to learn and apply critical thinking to solve problems effectively
