Founded in August 2021, we’ve secured €20 million in funding and the backing of ABN AMRO Ventures, propelling us into a new era. Our goal is to provide companies with a real-time Exposure Management platform, viewing security through a hacker\'s eyes because, well, hackers understand hackers best. We continuously map the digital footprint of organizations, discover risks, and prioritize remediation for security teams to harden their external attack surfaces.

Located in Amsterdam\'s buzzing Leidseplein and by London\'s famous Paddington Station, our diverse team from 20+ countries is on a mission to revolutionize security. Join us in securing over 200 businesses and be at the forefront of automated offensive security.

Your Role:

As our Regional Sales Manager in the Italian market, you will play a pivotal role in our growth strategy, taking ownership of a key territory. Your prior experience in sales, encompassing roles as a Sales Development Representative and Account Executive, will prove instrumental in your success.

As a Regional Sales Manager in this market, you won’t be starting from scratch; this role is focused on stabilizing the great work already done and scaling our presence with existing partners and customers, putting you in a prime position to accelerate growth. Finally, your profound enthusiasm for cybersecurity and deep knowledge of the field will be of paramount importance.

Responsibilities
  • Acquire New Business: Drive the acquisition of new logos as a key measure of success.
  • Strategic Planning: Within your first two months, perform a SWOT analysis of the region, build a comprehensive business plan, and close existing deals.
  • Partner Enablement: Maintain and grow our existing partner network in Italy, driving deal registrations and enabling them for success. Within six months, you will be expected to add new partners to our ecosystem.
  • Market Expansion: Identify and penetrate new industry verticals to scale our footprint in the region.
  • Sales Execution: Demonstrate a deep understanding of Hadrian\'s solutions and their value proposition. Engage with C-level executives, providing industry insights and positioning our solutions effectively.
  • Achieve Targets: Consistently meet or exceed quarterly sales quotas, while abiding by Hadrian\'s values and objectives.
Qualifications
  • Are fluent in both Italian and English.
  • Have a minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience selling SaaS and B2B solutions in the cybersecurity space.
  • Are an energized and independent "hunter" with a proven track record of closing new logos.
  • Have direct experience working with and enabling partners in the Italian market.
  • Have a strong technical grasp of offensive security (VM, etc.)—you\'re comfortable leading demos and discussing hackers and attack vectors.
  • Are a self-motivated and driven professional with a stable career history.
  • Have experience with CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot.
Bonus points
  • Familiarity with the MEDDPICC qualification framework.
  • Previous experience in a startup or low-support environment.
