As a Hotel Mystery Guest, you’ll travel to destinations across France, evaluate hotel brand standards, and provide actionable insights to enhance guest experiences. This is a freelance opportunity for experienced hotel professionals who thrive on independence, love to travel, and enjoy making a difference in the hospitality industry.

• Hotel Management Experience: Proven success in a management role within the hotel industry.
• Strong Analytical Skills: Ability to synthesize data and provide actionable feedback.
• Language Proficiency: Excellent French communication skills (additional languages are a plus).
• Travel-Ready: Valid passport and driver’s license for extensive travel in France.
• Commitment: Availability to travel Monday to Friday, 3–4 weeks per month.
• Flexibility: Willingness to adapt to new challenges and work in dynamic situations.
