Division: Laboratory Automation

The role focuses on repair, maintenance, and installation of Cytomat Products, Laboratory Automation (LAI) products, and selected third-party equipment at customer sites across Denmark and Europe. A key aspect is fostering customer relations to generate sales of Customer Support Services and Service Contracts.

• Perform on-site maintenance, repair, and installation of Cytomat Products and other LAI system components.
• Provide on-site training on system service, maintenance, and operation.
• Maintain local spare parts inventory.
• Accurately document all support activities, including maintenance reports, work orders, and quotes.
• Diagnose issues remotely or over the phone, coordinate on-site work or third-party services as needed, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Supervise the status of contracts, warranties, and service agreements.

Diploma in Mechatronics, Electro-mechanical, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.

• At least 5 years in field service or related technical roles.
• Experience with automation, robotics, or device instrumentation.

• System diagnostics using inquiries, schematics, software tools, and electrical diagnostics.
• Proficiency with software, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Comfort with computers, serial communications, network diagnostics, and basic programming understanding.
• Knowledge of wiring, pneumatics, CAD drawings, and fasteners.
• Familiarity with Momentum software is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are beneficial.
