NEW ROLE – BACKEND RUBY ON RAILS DEV – REMOTE

The client is a well-established e-commerce company based in France with a significant market share. This client is highly regarded for their efficient work practices and growth ambitions. Candidates often have a positive experience during the recruitment process, with many staying with the company long-term.

The Role:

• Greenfield development
• Identify and communicate root causes of problems to establish better solutions
• Work with a pure Ruby backend library, communicating with APIs and a modern Rails app, using PostgreSQL and mobile apps

Ideal Candidate:

• Passionate about the RoR stack with 4+ years of experience in Ruby on Rails
• Proficient in English, both written and verbal
• Able to work French hours with a +/- 2-hour flexibility

Interview Process:

• Meet with EM/CTO to discuss the role, company, and your background
• Technical coding challenge
• Feedback session and meeting with wider team
