We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive Specialty Paper sales across Europe. This is a unique opportunity to develop the European market, work independently, and manage customer relationships across multiple countries.

🚀 Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement a targeted sales strategy for Specialty Paper, including Greaseproof and MG (Machine Glazed) papers.
  • Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to drive satisfaction, loyalty, and growth.
  • Sales Targets: Achieve revenue and volume targets set by management.
  • Customer Service & Issue Resolution: Provide timely, accurate responses to inquiries, troubleshoot quality concerns, delivery delays, or other customer issues.
  • Market Monitoring: Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer developments to inform strategy and opportunities.
✅ What You Bring
  • Experience: 5–10 years in a sales management role within the paper industry.
  • Industry Knowledge: Proven track record in Specialty Paper sales, with hands‑on experience in Greaseproof and MG (Machine Glazed) paper.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in English; additional European languages advantageous.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and business development abilities.
  • Independent & Remote Work: Comfortable managing customers and sales independently across multiple European markets.
