L'école Tunon Toulouse recherche un(e) Coordinateur(trice) qualité / Guest Relation pour un stage à l'étranger. Vous serez responsable de l'accompagnement de la direction sur des missions de support opérationnel et de suivi de la qualité des services offerts aux clients. Ce poste de 4 à 5 mois vous permettra de mettre à profit vos compétences en hôtellerie et relations clients dans un environnement international.

- Un(e) Coordinateur(trice) Qualité / Guest Relation à l'étranger
Votre mission sera d'accompagner la direction de l'hôtel sur des fonctions supports et opérationnelles :
- Suivi des prestations et du confort général des clients dans l'hôtel
- Coordination, qualité et gestion des statistiques + tableau de bord satisfaction
- Relation publiques, gestion arrivées/départs à l'hôtel
- Permanence qualité / relation clients
- Expérience en hôtellerie/restauration
- Autonome, volontaire, diplomate, excellent relationnel
- Expérience professionnelle à l'étranger
- Maitrise de l'anglais ou de l'espagnol
- Stage de 4 à 5 mois à partir de mi-avril 2021
- Poste situé à : à l'étranger
- Prise en charge du transport aller/retour + hébergement et repas
- Indemnité mensuelle selon barème de la convention nationale
