We are seeking a talented and passionate VR / XR Developer and 3D enthusiast for a permanent position (CDI).

• Using Unreal Engine, Unity or Omniverse and our own SDK and plugin, create applications to improve our customers simulations.
• Design, develop, package and maintain new and existing VR / XR related products, which allows the management, visualization and sharing of 3D projects.
• Design, propose and imagine new features using VR / XR unique approaches.
• Design smart and useful UI and UX workflow in VR / XR paradigm.
• Challenge and implement specifications of products elaborated by PO / Tech Lead, Product Management and Infrastructure teams.
• Collaborate with technical leaders and chief architect to ensure delivery of a secure and up-to-date product and with other developers to ship coherent and robust products using coding best practices.
• Analyze and optimize the performance of the application to ensure the best user experience.

• Strong VR / XR domain understanding: ability to understand and match VR / XR uniqueness to user’s needs.
• Have a knack for VR / XR UX challenges.
• Unreal Engine expertise: Excellent Unreal Engine blueprints skills and proven ability to create full packaged applications.
• Learner / Innovative: willing to get out of your comfort zone by learning deeply the Unreal Engine, Unity or Omniverse environments and experiment with creative ideas.
• Analytical mindset: able to thrive through complex investigations or problematics.
• Good capability to understand user’s pain points and workflow to design smart and coherent applications or features for our customers.
• Team player: accept feedback, help others and dare to ask for help when needed.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to review projects with customers.

• 3-5 years’ experience in software development / real-time rendering technologies.
• Proven experience in VR / XR design and development.
• Professional level of spoken English & French.
• Personal projects to share, to assess overall UE comprehension would be greatly appreciated.

• Experience with Atlassian tools, i.e., Bitbucket, Jira, Confluence, Bamboo.
• Familiarity with point clouds technologies.
• Experience in Unity is a plus.
• Experience in Omniverse is a plus.
• Knowledge and experience in programming (plugin or SDK).
• Experience in BIM / 3D software.
• Experience in agile methodologies.
