Wabtec Hauts-de-France ouvre ses portes à un(e) apprenti(e) dynamique pour rejoindre notre service supply-chain / Planification.

Vous devrez organiser la production au sein de l’usine ou chez les sous-traitants, planifier les ordres de fabrication. Vous serez l'interface clef entre la production, le service logistique clients et les approvisionnements.

Sous la responsabilité du responsable planification, vous planifiez sur les lignes de production la fabrication des produits dont vous avez la responsabilité à partir des ordres de fabrication issus des commandes clients.

Ensuite vous ordonnancez la fabrication des produits en tenant compte de la date de fin de fabrication, de l’OTD client, des urgences clients…

Vous devrez ajuster le planning de production en cas d’aléas et vous assurer de l’adéquation entre la charge et la capacité de production.

Enfin, vous êtes amenés à identifier en amont les points bloquants (appros, achats, SQA, technique, production) et pousser à leur résolution.

Dans le cadre de notre démarche d’amélioration continue, vous serez invité à signaler tout risque identifié dans votre domaine d’activité, ainsi qu’à proposer des pistes d’amélioration en matière de réduction des coûts, de qualité, de consommation énergétique ou de sécurité. Ces actions devront être menées dans le strict respect de la confidentialité.

Votre profil:

Vous êtes rigoureux, organisé et avez le sens du relationnel.

Vous aimez relever des défis et le challenge ne vous fait pas peur.

Vous maitrisez l’Anglais (niveau avancé).

Vous préparez un diplôme d’Ingénieur ou un Master à dominante Logistique. Une première expérience en approvisionnement serait un plus.
