Oversee the management, structuring, and implementation of strategic marketing projects for the Sales & Marketing Department, ensuring alignment among stakeholders, high-quality deliverables, and visibility with top management.
Management of the entire process: reverse planning, coordination of alignment workshops, particularly between lines and sales, formalization of results for the annual event (including +700 people) comprising strategies by market vertical and a consolidated view of the budget for the overall commercial scope (in coordination with Market Intelligence, VM, and Commercial Management), preparation and coaching for pitches.
