Job summary
An international influencer marketing firm located in Paris is seeking a VP of Client Success. This role involves leading a multinational team, optimizing client success strategies, and building relationships with key stakeholders. Candidates should have over 8 years of client-facing experience in SaaS or digital services and fluency in English. A fixed salary of €90-110K plus bonuses is offered, along with a flexible remote policy.

Lead structure, and coach a multi-country team of 12+ professionals across Customer Success, Key Account Management, and Support.
In direct report to the CRO :
- Define and deploy client success strategies across onboarding, adoption, upsell, QBRs, and retention.
- Build trusted, long-term relationships with key client stakeholders (including C-level).
- Optimize processes, success metrics, and reporting frameworks to scale client experience operations efficiently.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and proactively manage risk and churn indicators.
- Serve as the voice of the client internally, collaborating with Product, Marketing, and Sales teams.
VP CSM / Client
Must have :
- 8+ years’ experience in client-facing roles within SaaS, Martech, or digital B2B services.
- Proven leadership of large Customer Success / Account Management teams (10+ people).
- Strong operational and strategic abilities: process optimization, data-driven decision making, and account growth strategies.
- Fluent in English
- Comfortable managing executive client relationships across international markets.
- Experience with CRM / CS tools (Salesforce, Planhat, Modjo, or equivalent).
- Interest for the influencer marketing, social media, and data-driven marketing sectors.
- Spanish, Italian or French a strong plus
