Job summary
Une entreprise de services à la clientèle recherche un(e) Conseiller(ère) Service Client pour rejoindre son équipe internationale à Porto, au Portugal. Dans ce rôle, vous interagirez avec des clients via divers canaux et serez responsable de la gestion de leurs demandes. Des compétences en français et en anglais sont essentielles, ainsi qu'une familiarité avec les outils informatiques. - Français natif ou courant requis.
- Bon niveau d’anglais (minimum B2).

Responsibilities
- Gérer les demandes entrantes des clients.
- Analyser les problématiques rencontrées par les clients.
- Proposer des solutions efficaces selon les procédures internes.
- Mettre à jour les outils et systèmes utilisés.
- Travailler sur différents canaux de contact client.
