Overview and purpose of role
The Global Visual Identity team at Christian Louboutin is recruiting for an exciting internship role. The successful candidate will work in the inhouse creative team which develops creative concepts, a dynamic team working in a high-paced environment. The person will be reporting to the Visual Identity project manager and support on the continued smooth running of creative projects on global level. You will be involved working on numerous exciting projects related to creative asset development such as event-, CRM-, communication-, digital-, marketing tools and packaging projects. This role is for someone who has an interest in creative projects and is organized, analytical and enjoys being on top of things.
Key responsibilities
· Assist in development of creative projects, creating briefs e.g., gathering information to complete briefs, draft briefs
· Join briefing meetings with other departments
· Monitor project timelines to ensure deadlines are held
· Coordinate own small projects such as invitations and event assets
· Support on budget tracking, POs, invoicing and allocating to cost centers
· Assist on projects legal sign off
· Keep track of tasks on Jira and update project management tool
· Other ad-hoc tasks and projects
Skills and requirements
· Highly organized and able to multi-task and prioritize
· Agile to an ever-changing environment
· Problem-solving skills
· Excellent team working skills
· Proficient with MS Office, especially in PowerPoint and Excel
· Previous experience of working in agency or in-house creative team is a plus
· Fluent in English, basic French is beneficial but not a requirement
