Job summary
Une entreprise de services financiers située à La Défense recherche un responsable de la gestion des comptes pour développer et maintenir des relations avec des clients clés. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
- Understand client objectives and challenges, and provide strategic solutions to address their needs.
- Collaborate with service owners, finance, and other global teams to ensure timely delivery of services and solutions.
- Monitor account performance and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Prepare and present regular reports on account status and progress to senior management.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profit and ensure client satisfaction.
- Be accountable for responding to customer requests by working with different areas (local, regional, and global levels), serving as a one-stop solution for clients.
- Proven experience in account management, preferably in a senior role.
