Role Objectives:
We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer with a passion for creating visually compelling and brand-aligned design across digital and offline platforms. This role is ideal for someone who not only executes excellent design work but also contributes to the creative vision, guides junior designers, and ensures consistency in brand expression across various touchpoints.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design, or a related creative field.
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in the hospitality, retail, lifestyle, or creative agency space.
Strong portfolio showcasing modern, elevated design in branding, digital, and print.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign a must; After Effects and Premiere Pro are a plus).
Basic skills in motion design or video editing are highly desirable.
Strong understanding of layout, typography, and visual hierarchy.
Experience in creative direction, mentoring junior designers, and managing multiple deadlines.
Up-to-date with the latest design trends, techniques, and tools.
Strong communication and project management skills.
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Willingness to travel and be based in Bali.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to develop and execute creative concepts that strengthen and elevate the brand’s visual identity
Develop high-quality designs across print, digital, and environmental media (e.g. posters, brochures, menus, social media content, packaging, etc.).
Work closely with the Brand, Marketing, and Content teams to ensure that visual outputs meet strategic goals.
Maintain and evolve brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all visual materials.
Oversee the design and rollout of branding projects for new initiatives, events, and campaigns.
Review and approve design work produced by junior designers and freelancers.
Design assets for digital marketing (Instagram, Meta Ads, Google Display, etc.) and offline needs (OOH ads, store visuals, merchandise).
Collaborate with marketing to design visuals that align with campaign objectives and customer engagement strategies.
Participate in creative direction during photoshoots and video productions to ensure brand consistency.
Liaise with photographers, stylists, and videographers to maintain premium visual standards.
Support development of simple animations or motion graphics for social media or video-based platforms.
Assist with editing content when necessary.
Liaise with printers, material suppliers, and external vendors to ensure quality and timely delivery of printed assets.
Prepare production-ready files with correct specs and color profiles.
