This is an exciting time to join FBL Marketing, as we strengthen our focus on deepening relationships with established Clients and growing our Regional business.
As part of the France Marketing Services team, the Senior Manager is responsible for business growth and client consultation to uncover needed product and payment marketing opportunities, sales, development of marketing plans to support client needs, and implementation of campaigns, events and sponsorship activations to ensure client satisfaction in the Regional segment. Goals are focused on increasing Visa Marketing revenue, as well as demonstrating the value Visa Marketing brings to clients and cardholders. Clients will include Regional Financial Institutions, Fintech, Cobrand partners, internal stakeholders and colleagues and strategic relationships. The Regional Marketing segment is a growing business within Visa and delivers value to clients through a range of services, from advisory to execution to sponsorships, via close partnerships with Visa Consulting & Analytics (VCA) and our sales organizations.
The ideal candidate understands the changing payments marketing environment, has credit/debit marketing experience, and is driven to create breakthrough work across all channels. The key to this job is having a focused strategic mindset, strong negotiations and communication skills, and client service mentality, along with an emphasis on measurement to demonstrate value added services provided.
As part of the France Marketing Services Regional team, the Senior Manager will be focused on leading the Marketing Activity for a portfolio of clients within the total Regional Marketing issuer segment.
Key responsibilities:
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.
Proven track record of commercial acumen, including experience managing budgets, forecasting, and delivering profitable growth.
Experience in a role related to partnership marketing programs and activities.
Experience working in or with the bank, knowledge of payments systems and cards industry is an advantage. Good knowledge of key P&L drivers and leveraging the relevant aspects to build effective business cases.
Master’s degree in business or a related field with a marketing foundation
Strategic and creative thinker with a track record of delivery and ability to manage several projects concurrently and see them through from conception to conclusion
Demonstrated track record in the management of external clients, agencies and the development of through the line campaign materials.
Client relationship and management skills as well as experience managing high level leadership stakeholders.
Brilliant negotiator, diplomatic, able to persuade with strong, data-driven argumentation, sales exposure
Strong self-management skills including demonstrable drive and energy
Strong team player, able to work on multitask projects and in multi-functional teams
Comfortable working in a fast paced, hands on, growth orientated work environment, must be adaptive to change

Fluent French and English
