Job summary
A leading telecommunications company in Boulogne-Billancourt is seeking a Legal Counsel to provide legal support and handle contract negotiations. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years' experience in a similar role, excellent drafting and communication skills in both English and French, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Legal Counsel
Job Location: Boulogne Billancourt
A high variety of topics will keep you challenged throughout your experience with us!
- Providing legal support to our team on a variety of matters such as : cloud computing and / or renewable energy sector telecom compliance etc.
- Drafting reviewing and negotiating various agreements (Sales contracts procurement agreements participation agreements etc.)
- Providing a strong support to the Huawei Compliance Program in a lot of different topics like labor environment Anti-bribery (Sapin 2)
- Handling disputes
- Fully qualified legal counsel
- At least 3 years experience as Legal Counsel in a national / international company or as a lawyer in a law firm
- Excellent drafting analytic and negotiation skills with a strong commercial sense and flexible hands-on approach
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English (legal English) and French
- Ability to work autonomously and proactively
- Scientific background would be an added advantage
- Keen to be challenged in a fast-paced commercial environment with multinational staff
