Open Positions :

• Customer Support Agent : Provide assistance via phone, email, or chat. Help resolve customer inquiries and ensure a smooth, positive experience.
• Content Moderator : Review and monitor digital content to ensure compliance with platform guidelines. Take action when necessary to maintain a safe online environment.

Requirements :

• French at C1 level and English at B1-B2 level
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Previous experience in support or moderation is a plus
• Willingness to relocate
