We are looking for a French-speaking Customer Service Representative to support customers by handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Native or C2-level French (mandatory)
- Valid EU ID
- Right to work in Portugal
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Availability to work on-site in Braga
Monday to Friday: Rotational shifts between 07:00 – 19:00
Saturday & Sunday: 09:00 – 13:00 (rotational)
2 days off per week (rotational)
- Base Salary: €880 (paid over 14 months)
- Performance Bonus: €168 (paid over 12 months)
- Complexity Bonus: Not applicable
- Meal Allowance: €7.63 per working day
- Health Insurance: Provided after 6 months
- Paid Holidays: 22 days per year
Welcome Bonus paid in 12 monthly installments during the first year (subject to attendance conditions)
