A leading customer service provider is looking for a French-speaking Customer Service Representative in Braga, Portugal. The role involves handling inquiries and resolving customer issues while ensuring high levels of satisfaction. Candidates must be native or C2-level French speakers and have the right to work in Portugal. The work schedule includes rotational shifts, and the position offers a competitive salary alongside various benefits such as health insurance and paid holidays.

Prestations

Base Salary: €880 (paid over 14 months)

Performance Bonus: €168 (paid over 12 months)

Meal Allowance: €7.63 per working day

Health Insurance provided after 6 months

Paid Holidays: 22 days per year

Welcome Bonus paid in 12 monthly installments

Qualifications

Job Description

We are looking for a French-speaking Customer Service Representative to support customers by handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Native or C2-level French (mandatory)
• Valid EU ID
• Right to work in Portugal
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Availability to work on-site in Braga

Work Schedule

Monday to Friday: Rotational shifts between 07:00 – 19:00

Saturday & Sunday: 09:00 – 13:00 (rotational)

2 days off per week (rotational)

Salary & Benefits

• Base Salary: €880 (paid over 14 months)
• Performance Bonus: €168 (paid over 12 months)
• Complexity Bonus: Not applicable
