A leading sports retail company located in Lille is seeking an IT Responsible to support IT systems and infrastructure. This role involves providing second level support, maintaining network and IT hardware, and collaborating with local and United IT teams. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and relevant experience. The local IT Responsible, is a key member of the local IT team, responsible for providing technical support and ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems and infrastructure within a specific region or country. You will be responsible for maintaining the hardware, software, and network infrastructure while supporting store and service employees in their IT needs, ensuring smooth daily operations in a fast-paced retail environment.
Working closely with the United IT teams and local stakeholders to deliver efficient and effective IT solutions that support the business objectives of the company.
Provide second level technical support to end-users, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues. Maintain and update local IT systems and infrastructure. Install and configure new hardware and software as needed
Manage and maintain local network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls. Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues
Implement and enforce security policies and procedures to protect IT systems and data. Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments
Coordinate and support local IT projects, including system upgrades, implementations, and migrations. Deployment of new solutions.
Manage relationships with local IT vendors and service providers. Negotiate contracts and ensure compliance in general and compliance with service level agreements
Provide regular reports on the status of local IT operations and projects
Collaborate with United IT teams and local stakeholders to ensure alignment with company objectives
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Relevant job experience min. 2-3 years
Good technical skills, including knowledge of networking, server administration, and desktop support
Experience with common IT systems and software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Windows, Linux)
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
