Could you be the full-time Supplier Quality Development Manager – Electrical & Propulsion Systems (EPS) in Saint-Ouen we’re looking for?

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your supplier development and quality expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative, multicultural, and passionate teammates.

You’ll play a key role in enhancing the quality of electrical components and propulsion systems, contributing to Alstom’s global project success. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (procurement, supplier quality management, commodity managers, and project teams), deploy supplier quality strategies, and support the development of strategic suppliers through audits, analyses, and targeted action plans.

You’ll specifically take care of supplier qualification and capability improvement, but also manage tools and processes for quality development.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Deploying supplier quality strategies at supplier sites in collaboration with procurement teams
  • Organizing and conducting audits, and following up on action plans to address identified issues
  • Qualifying suppliers for both generic and special Processes
  • Analyzing supplier performance and contributing to their continuous improvement
  • Collaborating with commodity managers to establish and track strategic priorities
  • Supporting Alstom sites in resolving specific supplier-related challenges
  • Participating in cross‑functional working groups to develop or enhance supplier quality standards, processes, or tools
  • Training and supporting teams on quality development tools and processes

  • Significant experience (5 to 10 years) in the industry, ideally in supplier quality, industrialization, or manufacturing processes for electrical components
  • Strong knowledge of problem‑solving tools and industrial processes
  • Familiarity with risk analysis and electrical integration processes
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills in a matrix environment
  • Ability to work in an international and multicultural context
  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
