• Experience in plastic or any related manufacturing industries.
• Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal and organisational skills.

Responsabilités

• Manage all blowing activities and ensure production volume targets.
• Handle production personnel and improve productivity.
• Review key indicators and formulate corrective actions.
• Act as Safety Head and manage safety improvement efforts.

Connaissances

Experience in plastic or related manufacturing

Knowledge of manufacturing processes

• You are responsible for the effective management of all blowing activities and the optimum utilization of available resources in the production to ensure the attainment of planned production volume of standard quality products at the least possible cost.
• You directly handleproduction personnel and all improvements related to product quality, operator skills, machine utilization and other resources covered to improve productivity.
• You review daily, weekly and monthly trends of all key indicators foroperating deficiencies such as waste & downtime. Subsequently, you formulates corrective actions in areas that need improvement to ensure continuous optimization.
• You act as a recognized Safety Head on the production floor and managean aggressive safety improvement effort. Zero Accidents is our ultimate goal.
• With our Planning departments you reviewplanning schedules regarding operations and needed maintenance.
