The Product Marketing team at Lightspeed is seeking a creative, results-oriented Product Marketing Manager, Hospitality to accelerate growth of the Lightspeed Restaurant product in EMEA (Germany focused). Reporting to the Senior Manager, Hospitality PMM, and working closely with other Hospitality PMMs based in EMEA and APAC, you will:
- Develop, coordinate, and execute product launches and go-to-market programs for the Hospitality product portfolio.
- Establish impactful positioning and messaging.
- Conduct market analysis and gather customer feedback.
- Act as the voice of the customer within the organization, ensuring customer needs are addressed at each marketing touchpoint.
At Lightspeed, as Product Marketing Manager, you will build relationships throughout the organization. You will interact with stakeholders from product, marketing, sales, customer service, partnerships, and others to help shape the product roadmap and manage the product lifecycle effectively.
What you’ll be responsible for:
- Owning product positioning and messaging, ensuring clarity, differentiation, and alignment across all customer touchpoints.
- Gaining deep understanding of the Hospitality industry, including market dynamics, customer needs, and technology landscape.
- Leading competitive and market analysis, including win/loss research and trend monitoring, to inform product strategy and GTM execution.
- Conducting ongoing customer research to understand personas, needs, and behaviors.
- Driving go-to-market strategies and collaborating cross-functionally to own the performance of GTM initiatives.
- Developing marketing roadmaps covering the customer lifecycle from launch to retention.
- Tracking KPIs to measure success.
- Serving as the go-to person for messaging and value proposition.
- Building collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Product, and Creative.
- Acting as the regional liaison for GTM teams, leveraging insights to optimize funnels and enablement materials.
- Collaborating with creative and content teams to develop impactful, customer-centric campaigns.
What you need to bring to the team:
- 3-5 years of experience in product marketing, growth, lifecycle marketing, or similar roles.
- Background in SaaS marketing or exposure to small business audiences.
- Experience in positioning, messaging, and driving product growth.
- Proven collaboration skills across teams and regions.
- Ability to generate market insights and competitive intelligence.
- Excellent project management and communication skills.
- Genuine interest in supporting small businesses.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and German.
