A leading construction company in Paris is looking for an experienced MEP Designer to develop and implement designs for HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and has 1-2 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in AutoCAD and good teamwork skills are essential. This position may require work outside regular hours.

Overview

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.

Minimum of 1 - 2 years of experience in MEP design and implementation

Proficiency in design and analysis software such as AutoCAD

Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve technical issues efficiently.

Fluent in English is a plus

Proficient in creating and interpreting MEP and plumbing drawings, including ductwork

Willing to work anywhere and work on holidays or outside regular working hours as needed.

Good at teamwork

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed designs for HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems
• Prepare and review technical drawings, specifications, and documentation
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and construction teams to integrate MEP systems into building designs
• Attend project meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and solutions.
• Coordinate with vendors for timely delivery and installation of MEP systems.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of all MEP designs, installations, and modifications
• Prepare detailed reports on project progress, system performance, and maintenance activities.
• Oversee on-site installation of MEP systems, ensuring compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
• Conduct site inspections and quality control checks.
• Provide MEP materials for project needs, including specifications for lighting fixtures and other components.
