A leading global packaging solutions company in Droue-sur-Drouette seeks a Continuous Improvement Manager EMEA to apply Lean methodologies across multiple plants. This critical role involves driving Lean culture, managing projects, training teams, and leading Kaizen events. Ideal candidates will be hands-on Lean Managers with expertise in continuous improvement and a proven record in production management. Strong English skills are required. This position includes up to 50% travel across EMEA food plants and offers relocation.

Qualifications

• 100% dedicated experienced Lean Manager with hands-on production management experience.
• Expert in Lean methodologies with demonstrated success in leading change.
• Experience in training and coaching Lean concepts to different organizational levels.

Responsabilités

• Implement Lean within the Manufacturing and Supply chain organization.
• Drive multiple projects at different production sites.
• Provide intensive training for production teams.
• Lead Kaizen events as required.
• Perform analysis into operational issues to find root causes.
