Location: Greece (Athens, Thessaloniki, and other locations depending on the project)
Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent
Work Model: On-site and remote options (remote roles require relocation within Greece)

Job Description:
We are hiring Customer Support Specialists to join leading international companies based in Greece. You will be responsible for providing customer care and support to some of the worlds most innovative brands while living and working in a dynamic international environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in your native language and English
  • Assist customers with orders, deliveries, and product settings
  • Provide troubleshooting support and problem-solving in line with company guidelines
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure quality service delivery

Requirements:

  • Fluency in one of the listed languages + English
  • EU Work Permit is mandatory (candidates must already be legally authorized to work in the EU no visa or legal assistance is provided)
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Previous customer service or related experience is an advantage
