About The Internship

Our Internship Program lasts 3-6 months. You will be directly involved in day-to-day operations, working with professionals and gaining first-hand experience of our business. What You'll Do

The HR Intern is responsible for assisting with warehouse HR manager in all areas of human resources related matters to support the achievement of business objectives and ensure superior employee experiences;

1. Assist with Warehouse staff agencies management,staff operating including attendance management, employee induction, training, management, evaluation and other related work;
2. Assist with the optimization of the salary and welfare system of the Warehouse staff, assisting the operation leadership team to optimize and qualify the assessment scheme to ensure the optimal efficiency and cost in the warehouse and other facilities;
3. Assist with the implementation of Cainiao culture in the warehouse, to create an efficient and simple front-line operation organization to support business;
4. To undertake other human resources administrative related work, such as the on-boarding and offboarding of employees, payroll administration, etc;
5. Cooperating with HR TD/OC team, to lead warehouse projects such as employee satisfaction improvement, atmosphere enhancement, team buildings, training, etc;
6. Assist with providing admin and ad hoc support to ensure operation efficiency and experience satisfaction;

Basic Qualifications

1. College degree or above, preferably in the area of HR management or related discipline;
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English;
3. Quick learner, good at thinking and summarizing, proactive, optimistic with strong anti-stress ability;
4. Have a good sense of customer service, customer first, patient and meticulous, pay attention to team cooperation and trust partners;
