A leading customer service provider in Barcelona is looking for a Customer Representative fluent in Hungarian and Romanian with advanced English skills. Responsibilities include handling calls, creating orders, and providing technical assistance. A high school diploma is required along with strong communication and customer orientation skills. - Handle calls through CRM agent portal.
- Create quotations and orders via SAP system.
- Provide first level technical assistance to customers.

- Have a proficient or bilingual level of Hungarian and Romanian, and advanced English
- Are minimum a high school graduate
- Have an interest in the technical field and a willingness to stay in the project for at least 2 years is of great importance
- Are customer oriented, have excellent communication skills and have a commercial attitude and awareness
- Have a business mindset will help you engage better with your contacts
- Full time 39 hours/week Monday - Thursday 08h - 17h, Friday 08h - 16h
- Contract: Permanent
- Salary: competitive salary and bonus up to 4.000 euros gross/year
