• Driving Agency Directory revenue
• Own tracking and reporting systems end‑to‑end
• Coordinating cross‑department execution (Marketing, Sales, Content, Dev)

DesignRush is seeking to make IMMEDIATE hires.

• Own Agency Directory revenue performance, in collaboration with Sales & Marketing
• Oversee key growth levers: Email campaigns, SEO, social, sponsorship launches, site features rollouts
• Own all marketing tracking: Google Tag Manager, GA4, Looker Studio (must be able to build and QA GTM events yourself)
• Create a strategic growth roadmap with measurable milestones
• Report weekly on performance and proactively address challenges
• Manage digital marketing activities to achieve rapid and consistent growth
• Work closely with team leaders to define marketing promotions, initiatives, and special offers
• Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all marketing channels

• 5+ years of proven hands‑on experience as a marketing leader
• Experience managing and leading a team
• Proven experience in B2B marketing
• Experience growing social media channels
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Strong, goal‑oriented mindset
• Ability to strategize and solve problems
• Availability to work 6 AM to 3 PM EST
