Job Description
The Marketing Specialist will assist with executing and tracking marketing activities across physical and digital platforms, including automation platforms, email marketing, social media, and website UX/UI optimization. Responsibilities include creating content and final arts for various media channels, managing marketing collateral, and supporting sales presentations. The role reports to the Head of Marketing and involves supporting physical events and sponsorships for external and internal audiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and implement marketing campaigns from brief to lead generation, both physical and digital.
- Ensure adherence to brand guidelines.
- Perform advanced design tasks, create templates for development teams, and assist with social media management.
- Create and validate content for internal and external communications.
- Conduct basic market and competitor research.
- Handle administrative tasks such as updating records, sourcing quotes, organizing events, and product sheet creation.
- Manage digital responsibilities including email campaigns (Eloqua), website content, and social media campaigns.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in Marketing departments.
- Fluent in Spanish and English, with experience in content creation.
- Experience leading marketing campaigns and collaborating across teams.
- Proficiency in design tools (Adobe, Photoshop, Video, UX/UI).
- Experience in PowerPoint, CMS (WordPress), CRM (Salesforce), and marketing automation platforms (Oracle, Eloqua).
