A leading digital marketing agency seeks a VP of Business Development to drive growth through consultative selling. This hybrid role in Madrid or Barcelona requires extensive experience in enterprise sales, managing pipelines, and a deep understanding of digital marketing strategies. NP Digital is seeking an energetic, passionate, and strategic VP of Business Development, who believes in the power of consultative selling, to help grow our rapidly expanding global business. We are looking for an experienced individual with a proven track record in business development to help NP Digital scale our operations.
This person will oversee handling key new business leads on the enterprise level and nurturing these leads from initial point of contact (i.e. RFP, conferences, email introductions, etc.) through to an agreement. Given the nature of these leads, the ideal candidate is very savvy in all forms of digital marketing and can have in-depth and strategic discussions with Director and VP level marketing resources on the client side.
The ideal candidate is an expert at asking thoughtful questions that challenge the stakeholder's point-of-view and add value to their day. You use a deep understanding of customers' businesses to push their thinking.
Finally, you're a consummate professional. You represent the company well at every stage of the process and consider integrity to be paramount. We strive to always under-promise and over-deliver, and prospects should have realistic expectations set from day one.
To be considered, candidates must reside and be eligible to work in Spain and are required to be fluent in Spanish and English.
